Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom publishes a quarterly newsletter that is distributed as a bill insert and features updates on products and services, upcoming events, new business listings, and customer spotlights. We also publish a quarterly Business Connections Magazine that is mailed to all business customers. In addition, we also e-mail a monthly e-newsletter to our Green Mountain Access Internet customers that highlights new products and services, answers frequently asked Internet related questions, and provides tutorials on Internet browser or e-mail related tasks as well as a cable e-newsletter to our cable customers.
