How does the service identify email as potential SPAM?
It looks at several different aspects of incoming email messages in its identification process. Some of the things it looks at are the number of recipients, whether BCC (blind carbon copy) is being used, whether the FROM address matches the REPLY address, and also whether or not the email is originated from a known SPAM domain. By assigning points to each of these categories, it then assigns a level of accuracy to the message.
